    Out of Stock

    Manufactured miniatures

If an order is placed for a manufactured item that is later found to be out of stock I will advise you by email and offer you the opportunity to request an alternative or a refund.

    Handcrafted miniatures

In the unlikely event that an order is placed for a handcrafted miniature that is later found to be out of stock I will advise you by email and offer you the opportunity to request an alternative, wait for more to be produced or have a refund.

    Handcrafted Miniatures

Each handcrafted miniature is carefully designed and created by me in my workroom.
All handcrafted miniatures are art forms in their own right therefore please be aware that 'perfection' is down to personal interpretation and while every care is taken to ensure that each handcrafted miniature is made to the highest standards, occasionally there may be minor imperfections that are simply due to the nature of the art.

Each miniature is carefully scaled down from its real life counterpart.
Extensive research is carried out to obtain the correct measurements of the full size item then scaled down precisely using mathematics and scaling tools.  The item is then designed in a 3 dimensional computer program to ensure the best possible outcome.  As any serious miniature artist will be aware exact scaling is not always aesthetically pleasing and therefore some adjustments are often required in order to create the ‘perfect’ miniature.

By purchasing a handcrafted miniature you are acknowledging the above statements and agreeing that you fully understand the nature of your purchase.

    Kits

Each miniature kit is designed and produced by me.
Kits contain 3D printed parts and it is the nature of the materials used that they may have a slight 'ridging' and this is a natural part of the printing process and just like mass produced kits they may have small amounts of excess plastic that requires trimming prior to construction, this is all explained in the kit instructions.
Aside from 3D printed parts kits may contain various other materials/components.
Some kits are made to order, when kits are not in stock please email me if you would like one making up.
Some kits can be modified to customer requirements, please email if you require this service.

    Payment Plans

Payment plans are subject to acceptance by Teeny Tiny Things and Teeny Tiny Things reserves the right to refuse any such payment plan without reason.
All payment plans will be subject to a non-refundable deposit of either £15 or 15% of the total order cost (excluding postage) whichever the greater.
Items will not be sent out before payment (including postage) has been made in full; item(s) will be dispatched within 3 days of full payment (including postage) being received.
Should a customer wish to cancel an order for an item for which a payment plan has been agreed, either prior to payment in full or upon receipt of the item then the non-refundable deposit will NOT be refunded and this amount will be deducted from the full item purchase price and the remainder refunded in line with the Teeny Tiny Things refund policy upon receipt and inspection of the item.
